INSPIRED BY: Creative director Nicola Glass’ desire to expand the iconic brand’s ready-to-wear offering, pairing statement bags with getups sporting a bohemian-glam vibe.
POP-CULTURE NOD: Maureen Denise McCormick as Marcia Brady in ABC’s The Brady Bunch.
WEAR IT TO: Peruse the vintage vinyl selection curated by actor Adrian Grenier at VNYL in Gramercy Park, before heading upstairs to the Champagne Garden room to take in the palm leaf wallpaper, pink couches, and disco balls to boot.
FIRST READ: Plush corduroy suiting with ‘70s-style flared pants in jewel tones, shaggy fur coats, and high-waisted denim played to the show’s distinct retro vibe. Catering to the brand’s hipster Soho aesthetic were a string of mini and midi silk button-up dresses, and a ruched floaty chiffon frock in an animal print with poufy shoulders.
BEST LOOK: A cotton candy-colored menswear blazer, worn with matching flared jeans and a mustard shirt, styled with a soft pink turban and a cross-body clutch.
EYE-CATCHING ACCENTS: Luxe headwear in complementary hues, worn throughout, lace-up boots and open-toe heels worn with sheer tights, and the label’s signature top-handle bags, with models often carrying two in one hand down the runway.
