INSPIRED BY: The diversity and inclusiveness of the Rag & Bone customer. Designer Marcus Wainwright showed guests how to perfect the art of street style: the New York edition in an interactive show that featured the Brooklyn Youth Chorus, a dance routine, and a video experience that played on screens by the runway.
POP-CULTURE NOD: Harry Styles in a pair of oversized dark shades grabbing a beer in an East Village dive bar to calm his nerves ahead of hosting Saturday Night Live.

FIRST READ: Wainwright’s latest collection had a polished prep school-meets-grungy hipster vibe. A three-piece pinstripe suite featuring red side piping felt just as at home as a beige waistcoat, worn over a white tee and paired with orange pants, with a Kelly green sweater tied around the neck. Layering was key in the lineup of jumpsuits, blazers, jeans, and versatile jackets, which highlighted the brand’s knack for catering to the contemporary city slicker looking for timeless separates capable of taking you through the seasons.
BEST LOOK: A black blazers with a flower broach on the lapel, worn over a navy long-sleeve tee and paired with boyfriend jeans covered in patches, white boots, and a red crossbody clutch.
