TOP INSTA LOOK: Hats galore in the form of ruffle turbans, army caps, embroidered and floral berets with military and Moroccan-inspired tribal influences. A lemon yellow vegan suede jacket worn under an embroidered bleached denim vest, styled over a Japanese floral maxi gown and an embroidered beret and embellished sandals.
BEHIND THE SCENES: The designer collaborated with MAC to create Snapchat filters on models’ faces in lieu of makeup, building on the brand’s previous play on Instagram by having models carry hashtag signs in an attempt to unify social media and fashion. MAC used paper cutouts to create filters – such as the butterfly crown – then filled out the face with kaleidoscopic makeup.
OFF PROBATION: A pink patch-embroidered denim jacket worn over a sheer coral crochet maxi dress with embellished sandals and jewel encrusted apricot tassel earrings.
GOOD BEHAVIOUR BOND: Chinoiserie embroidered bomber jacket worn over a white crochet button-up shirt, teamed with blue twill shorts, a crochet multi-color bucket bag, embroidered army cap and embellished sandals.

THE DOCKET: Catering to the fearless global citizen, Desigual served up a series of looks capable of comprising the wearable travel uniform for pioneers intent on racking up their loyalty miles. Equally at home on the back of a trust fund-endowed Spanish backpacker or the daughter of an illicit Woodstock romp, the collection conveyed a sense of ladylike utilitarianism with a military feel, while floral detailing and animal embroidery gave the lineup an urban jungle edge.
