Avoid the aspiring street-style stars taking selfies in front of the Flatiron Building via a visit to the adjacent LEGO flagship, which features an eight-foot-tall model of the Statue of Liberty and replicas of other New York landmarks throughout the 3,500-square-foot store. In addition to the mix of traditional blocks and sets, there’s also an array of custom options – watch the kids get overwhelmed by the “Pick-a-Brick” wall, where you can load-up on bricks by the cupful. Adult fans of the cult Danish brand are sure to delight in the collection of architectural monuments from around the world. Visit over summer and you might be lucky enough to see some of the 20-foot creations assembled by LEGO Master Builders in the nearby Madison Square Park.
