Adding to the atmosphere’s authenticity is the founder, Sean Muldoon, and his bar staff’s penchant for dressing in suspenders and plain. Muldoon, the creative force behind a world’s top bar in Europe, and partner Jack McGarry – a self-proclaimed drinks encyclopedia – arrived from their home of Belfast with a sole mandate: “To create the world’s best bar.
