TOP INSTA LOOK: Real vacation images slapped on the front of shirts and dresses, because who has time to hashtag holiday snaps for the world to see while on vacation?
BEHIND THE SCENES: The glam squad having a breeze of ease creating understated ponytails with side parting and fresh, natural makeup, echoing the designer’s focus on traveling with ease.
OFF PROBATION: A sleeveless V-neck breezy summer sundress – complete with breathable side slits, featuring a photo of a European seaside resort, framed by white frills. Also key was a floor-length white loose-fit jumpsuit with scalloped edges which kept in check with the whimsical theme.
GOOD BEHAVIOUR BOND: A purple midi dress with a thigh-high cheeky split and scalloped hems, reminiscent of a signature Chloe gown. The look was given a ladylike edge through being styled over a high-neck white top with a frilled collar, paired with Teva-style white sandals, worn throughout.
INSPIRED BY: The jetset mentality of a simplistic five-star European summer vacation. Lavender – a popular flower in the designer’s hometown of Dubrovnik, Croatia, served as the focal point of the collection, which transpired as blown-up bulbs on midi skirts, worn with sheer tops with color blocks in lilac and white.
POP CULTURE-NOD: Think the sort of easy-to-wear garb sustainability-focused business woman and mom Jessica Alba might wear to the local school’s summer sundowner, or label fan Solange is likely to deck herself out in before an impromptu social media-organized intimate acoustic event at a private Williamsburg loft.
WEAR IT TO: The launch of Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort’s Over-the-Water Suites in November, for the ripe sum of $4,321 per night (as a key social influencer, however, your week-long stay is comped, but of course).
OVERHEARD COURTSIDE: “Can you see what the picture’s of – I forgot my glasses.” – in reaction to the show’s final few looks, which were placed on the center of tops and dresses like stamps.

COLOR WHEEL: Lavender, all shades of blue, featuring graphic images of photos of holiday destination embedded, framed by frills and slits. Lavender prints were also key, given the show a garden-party vibe – the only thing missing was a round of herb-inspired cocktails served by a dapper British gent.
BEATS: Dramatic percussion dance tunes featured throughout, climaxing with a banging rock and roll track for the final walk through.
THE DOCKET: The designer’s collection of lilac, navy and white clean, tailored pieces – complete with Spetic’s signature side slits, sheer tees and cutouts – versatile enough to see you through a two-week vacation that turns into an indulgent five, the wearable pieces easily dressed up or down to cater to all spectrums of your holiday itinerary.
