TOP INSTA LOOK: A metallic lavender fur jacket with embroidered sleeves, worn over a dusty pink tulle halter dress featuring a gunmetal and mauve crystal-embellished bib. Chantilly lace, lame, tulle and bejeweled embellishments provided all of the elements necessary for the next Disney PG-rated princess blockbuster.

BEHIND THE SCENES: From glittery heels with jeweled-ankle straps, to laser-cut leather appliques on cotton candy-hued suedes, to slicked-back ponies with barely-there makeup, the collection’s thoughtful accessories enhanced the show’s feminine vibe.Think The Great Gatsby’s Daisy Buchanan lounging beside the fire next to bad boy Jay Gatsby in an eccentric smoking jacket.

OFF PROBATION: An ice blue hi-lo dress featuring hand-painted lacquer petal shoulder detailing in baby pink, cinched at the waist a satin belt and charmeuse tie, and styled with forest green and gold glitter heels.

GOOD BEHAVIOR BOND: A blush heart degrade embroidered gown featuring soft tulle bow straps, styled with a black grosgrain belt and worn with violet glitter heels with jewel chain ankle straps.

INSPIRED BY: An Upper West Side princess seeking to take a walk on the wild side via a long weekend away, somewhere deep within the foggy haunted woods of Upstate New York with Prince Charming by her side.

POP CULTURE-NOD: Kristin Cavallari’s Nashville nuptials to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, where you dutifully perform your job requirements as maid of honor before dancing the night away to a Motown band during the reception at a nearby historic warehouse.

WEAR IT TO: Poolside at the Chateau Marmont for the after party celebrating your best pal Mandy Moore’s L.A. premiere of Tangled 2, which has been fashioned into a whimsical garden party and forming the perfect setting for you to introduce her to your handsome friend, whom you insist ‘looks nothing like Ryan Adams.’

OVERHEARD COURTSIDE: “I told the press team it was ridiculous to schedule this show over here sandwiched in between Dennis Basso and Coach. This has been the worst scheduled fashion week since it left the tents at Bryant Park.”

SPOTTED: Ireland Baldwin, Jamie Tisch, Rachel Hilbert, Devon Windsor, Natalie Joos, Alyssa Campanella, Sky Nellor, Sami Gayle, Hilary Rhoda, Bridget Helene, Cameron Silver, James Aguiar, Jaime King, Ken Downing, Brad Ngata, Jamie Chung, Carla Santana.

COLOR WHEEL: Champagne, ivory, grey, silver, black, lavender, powder blue, lemon sorbet, ice blue, pink, purple.

THE DOCKET: For the label’s 20th anniversary milestone, the designer created a collection borrowed from a surreal modern-day fairy-tale, spotlighting her signature silhouettes with a splattering of embellished detailing, ostrich feathers, ribbons and lace. By fusing an antique palette with modern accents, Lhuillier served up a series of floaty looks sure to have the belle of the ball haunting fellow debutantes long after the last dance.
