INSPIRED BY: The colorful Miami Art Deco aesthetic, design duo Mijia Zhang and Wei Lin delivered a pared-back collection with a focus on streamlined silhouettes with surrealist vibe.
POP-CULTURE NOD: Emma Roberts taking her new white convertible FIAT 124 Spider for a spin around Beverly Hills on a hot summer day, finishing up at Pink Taco by the Chateau Marmont.
WEAR IT TO: Reenact photographer Slim Aarons’ “Desert House Party” series at the Richard Neutra-designed Kauffmann House in Palm Springs. Daytime martinis included.
FIRST READ: Blazer and fitted short combinations, a white jumpsuit, cinched at the waist with a rope belt, and bodycon dresses and skirts featuring the brand’s signature way-hemline.
BEST LOOK: A black one-shoulder dress with double white piping on the hemline, paired with a contrasting red-and-white strap and paired with pull-up socks and black flats.
EYE-CATCHING ACCENTS: The brand projected a video of the collection onto a wall on Houston Street as part of a collaboration with Walltime.
