FIRST READ: Rosie Assoulin customers were likely pleased by the string of ball skirts and dramatic cocktail frocks in rainbow hues, while newcomers – or those looking for wearable day looks – found options via trench coats with built-in plaid scarves, silk tops with side ties, and cotton dresses stitched with strips of vegan leather.
