INSPIRED BY: Monthly comic book series, East of West, a science fiction Western set in a dystopian version of the United States whose fate rests with the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
POP-CULTURE NOD: Gigi Hadid on a long weekend in Monaco attending the Grand Prix with Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin, before hopping on a luxury yacht for an Instagram strategy session with their communal PR crisis team.
WEAR IT TO: Your audition to steal Ellen Page’s role as Ariande in the Leonardo Caprio-produced sequel to the physic-defying thriller, Inception.
FIRST READ: Slouchy knits, PVC trenches, lurex plaid coats and pants, and pastel patent leather jackets with fur trim. LaPointe started with a neutral palette before transitioning to magenta and navy tones, focusing on sequin separates with fringe trim, and Studio 54-esque slinky getups with a futuristic edge.
