INSPIRED BY: Throwbacks to the sugary bubblegum goodness of fashion in the ‘90s, founder Sarah Staudinger continues to eschew the current trend towards minimalism by serving up candy-colored fan favorites that work equally as clubwear or playful daywear for those eager to lean in to a vibrant wardrobe palette.
POP-CULTURE NOD: Kaia Gerber flashing her toned abs while exiting the back door of The Nice Guy club with her bodyguard in L.A. before heading for late-night cocktails at the Library Bar speakeasy inside The Hollywood Roosevelt.
WEAR IT TO: Make ‘Summer’ a proper noun as you spend three months rubbing shoulders with the A-list crowd aboard a superyacht under the Mediterranean sun in the South of France.
FIRST READ: Staud churned out an array of covetable clubby separates in the form of neon satin bra tops, ombre cotton-blend bustier bodysuits, paneled leather mini dresses, and a lime ruched gauze halter top. Daywear, feminine looks included paisley-print, organza maxi dresses with puffed short sleeves, satin blazers, georgette floor-length gowns, cutout halter midi dresses with ties at the back, and billowy tiered crepe de chine garden party-ready frocks. Edgy leather separates such as a paneled mini dress and trench coat added an urban edge to the girly mix.
BEST LOOK: An aqua jersey bandeau top, styled with high-waisted satin Bermuda shorts, featuring deep side pockets and teamed with cream sandals. The show’s opening look screamed to be worn in the VIP section of Ushuaïa in Ibiza.
EYE-CATCHING ACCENTS: Silk sandals in popping candy hues, croc-effect top-handle topes and ostrich leather shoulder bags, folded leather bucket bags, ‘90s-style flip-flop wedges, and nighttime-ready strappy heels with feather detail.
