The Row NYFW S/S22 – Review

INSPIRED BY: New Yorkers’ return to the office this fall. Designers Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen stayed true to their signature lineup of classic suiting and artist-off-duty looks with plays on proportion through an abundance of layering. 
POP-CULTURE NOD:
Diane Kruger scouting out new studio locations in Soho before meeting a director at Cipriani Downtown. 
WEAR IT TO: 
An afternoon sketching loft designs at your architecture firm’s new digs at NeueHouse in Madison Square. 
FIRST READ: 
Unisex separates in the form of voluminous trench coats and menswear-inspired shorts, asymmetrical Grecian gowns in floaty chiffon, and slouchy jumpsuits styled with miniature pocketbook bags. 
BEST LOOK:
A white crumpled tank midi dress, worn over a sand skirt and paired with a camel coat tied around the waist, matching ski boots and a cream slouchy shoulder bag. 
EYE-CATCHING ACCENTS: 
Belted coin purses and bucket bags, fabric wristlets and raw edges on delicate separates with embroidery detail.
