FIRST READ: From utilitarian corsets and metal-wrapped skirts by Elena Velez, to macabre wedding dresses and prom-esque dresses with cascading tulle ruffles, the eclectic mix ticked all spectrums of the ticket you’d expect from an experimental bunch of debut runway collections.
BEST LOOK: A zip-up athletic jumpsuit covered in Chinese designer Windowsen’s logo, featuring a stacked black and purple tulle train and styled with black platforms.
